For one, it certainly looks different on the floor and when worn. Measuring ~84 cm in length and in a deep marine blue shade with contrasting orange stripes, this flare dress is one of a kind. The dress somewhat makes this 1.57cm girl look less vertically-challenged, or is it just me? A waist belt is most welcomed in this instance for that classy touch.
The material is thick, and seems to be a polyester mix in a cotton base. Thus, it offers some resistance when stretched, and is not suited for those who are bigger in statue, so it is prudent to measure accurately (especially for the bust area).

The dress is zipped up at the back, however the zipper is hard to pull down when it reaches the waist band. It is most unfortunate that there are uneven colourisation of the material along the waist area - a defect that is unacceptable for a dress in this price range.
